Our Story: CEO Consultant and Operational Strategist, Dr. Krystal Vernee’, established Simply SHE in 2019. Krystal’s very own personal journey of finding herself amid building a business, working and just life circumstances, led to her undeniable drive to “Slay Hard Everyday”. On her journey, she realized that, in order to be successful, she had to learn resilience. She also noticed that there were not very many resources for women who had been, or were, on a similar path of transforming and thus, Simply SHE was born.
Building a business, whether it’s brick and mortar or online, is difficult. Women entrepreneurs are starting businesses in record numbers and the future truly is female. Krystal is passionate about helping all entrepreneurs to build their brands and create a legacy that they can leave behind. Businesses make money, but brands make money and an impact. Krystal aims to inspire and empower entrepreneurs with the knowledge and tools they need to scale their business and to become the best version of themselves. We do this through our Founders Path programs, CEO Scalability Suite, the Simply SHE podcast, events, trainings, books, and in any other way that we can.

Meet Dr. Krystal Vernee’
Dr. Krystal Vernee’ is the Founder of Simply SHE, owner of Divas & Dolls Fitness and Cirque Sensual and a certified Life and Business Coach. An engineer by trade, Krystal knew that entrepreneurship was the ultimate goal early in her professional career when she pursued a job in sales and then later in the financial services industry. A hard and fast decision led to a career change into the federal government contracting arena where she gained over 13 years of experience in program management and evaluation, project management, proposal writing, cost proposal development, contract negotiations, budgeting and business operations.
In addition to her professional career, Krystal simultaneously started her two pole and aerial dance studio businesses in order to create a safe space for women to unapologetically be themselves and promote health and wellness in her community. Several life changes led her to create Simply SHE as a way to give back to other women and share her gifts with the world.
She has always been passionate about serving her community and helping others. Krystal encourages others to tap into her zone of genius through Founders Path Programs, CEO Scalability Suite, Workshops, Speaking Engagements and more.
